
Rules of the Equestrian Section
Training rules:
1. Scheduling training sessions
Classes can be booked by phone or via SMS / WhatsApp at +48 605 891 110.
2. Cancellations free of charge
You can cancel a training session free of charge at least one day before the scheduled time. Simply send an SMS or WhatsApp message — we’ll cancel it or find another convenient time.
3. No cancellation = full charge
If the session is not canceled in time, the full fee applies. The next training session can be booked after the payment has been settled.
4. Cancellation by the center
If the training session is canceled by the center (e.g., due to the instructor’s illness), we will offer an alternative date.
5. Complaints
Any comments or complaints regarding the classes should be reported on the day of the training at +48 605 891 110 or +48 600 747 544.
6. Participant’s health condition
The participant declares that there are no health contraindications to horseback riding. We recommend a prior consultation at a sports medicine clinic.
7. Information about the child
The child’s guardian is required to inform the instructor of any psychological or physical limitations of the child.
8. Awareness of risk
The participant acknowledges that horseback riding is a high-risk sport and may involve injuries. Please provide a signed statement on the first lesson.

9. Punctuality
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the training to prepare both the horse and the rider. Preparation time is not included in the lesson duration.
Being late for a training session will shorten the lesson by the amount of time delayed.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, the instructor has the right to cancel the session, and the rider agrees to pay the full fee.
10. Accident insurance (NNW)
The rider should have a valid personal accident insurance (NNW) purchased independently.
The policy should cover extreme sports, including horseback riding.
11. Child safety
The instructor is responsible for the child’s safety only during the training session. During horse preparation and after the lesson, minor riders are under the sole supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Being near the horse is allowed only while wearing a helmet.
12. Instructor’s decisions
The instructor has sole authority over the choice of horse and the conduct of the training session. Refusal to participate does not exempt the rider from payment.
13. Obligation to follow the rules
Riders and accompanying persons are required to follow the center’s rules and comply with staff instructions. The regulations are posted on the stable doors.
14. Prohibitions without the instructor’s consent
Without the instructor’s explicit consent, the participant may not:
▪️ Mount a horse without the instructor present
▪️ Record the training sessions
▪️ Feed the horses
15. Acceptance of the rules
Registering for a training session constitutes acceptance of the above rules.
House rules:
1. Everyone is required to clean up after themselves:
▪️ The arena/hall after riding*
▪️ The grooming area/wash station – including after cleaning hooves, before going for a ride, or after leading the horse out.
* Regardless of whether the horse used during the ride “went to the bathroom.” Cleaning up is ALWAYS required.
2. Riding equipment
▪️ Bits – wash thoroughly in a bucket at the wash station
▪️ Bridles – hang up in the tack room
▪️ Saddles – cover with saddle covers and hang on the racks
▪️ Saddle pads – place on the shelf in the tack room
▪️ Leg protection – clean off sand and store in bags
▪️ Brushes – place in labeled bags
▪️ DO NOT use halters and lead ropes hanging in the brick stables.
3. Wash station drain
If the wash station drain is clogged, it must be cleared with a brush.
4. During the winter season
▪️ Put on polar rugs for training – until further notice
▪️ After riding, horses must be dressed in labeled stable rugs
▪️ Close the tack room – it has underfloor heating
5. When leaving the stable last
▪️ Turn off all lights
▪️ Turn off the radio
6. Respect the equipment
Do not leave equipment on the ground, in water, etc. There are plenty of racks within the work areas.
7. Concerning symptoms
If you notice a wound, abrasion, lameness, or any other concerning symptoms in a horse – IMMEDIATELY inform the instructor!
8. Penalty for not following the rules
Failure to follow the above rules will result in a 50 PLN charge for each incident.
